Description This Request for Tender (RFT) relates to the provision of Media Monitoring Services to service approximately 150 Victorian Government departments, agencies, and entities. The scope of this RFT includes: Supply of broadcast, print, online and social media monitoring, including an insights dashboard Equipment and environment services Design and management of a streamlined, well-integrated web portal and mobile application to search, view and deliver media Transition requirements Support services Incident resolution Maintenance services. The outcome of this tender will be a sole supplier under the State’s newly established Media Monitoring Services State Purchase Contract. This RFT will close on Monday 18 November 2024 (2:00pm AEDT). If suppliers have any questions, please contact [email protected]. For any questions raised, the Department will issue responses to all suppliers via the Buying for Victoria website, except in instances where questions relate to commercially sensitive information. Closing date for questions – Monday 4 November 2024. Tenderers please note: From 1 September 2024 all Suppliers wishing to do business with the Victorian Government must hold a Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate prior to tender submission.
