Tender Details : Tenders are invited for the construction of a bespoke rock and concrete lined fishway within Petrie Creek, immediately downstream of Quota Park Weir in Quota Park, Nambour. Works include concrete modifications to the existing weir and construction of the fish passage way. The fishway will pass directly under two bridges. Pedestrian access through the park and across one of the new downstream bridges is to be maintained at all times.
All rock, including large boulders and graded rock mixes shall be provide by Council’s Dulong Quarry at no cost to the successful contractor. The Contractor will be required to provide all other materials, plant and labour to perform all necessary operations of whatever kind, to ensure delivery of the scope of works associated with this Contract.

Due to restrictions on working within the waterway completion must be achieved prior to 1 December 2025 to not impact the fish migration season.For Respondents to fully inform themselves of the site constraints and project requirements, an information session will be held on site on Thursday 22 May at 10am.
