Tender Details : The Site is the area required by the Contractor to facilitate complete construction of the landfill capping in accordance with the construction drawings. The Site is contained within the Taree Waste Management Centre property located at 6843 The Bucketts Way, Tinonee, NSW. The boundaries of the Site are shown on Drawing No. 30019216-304 General Arrangement as the ‘Extent of Works’.

The proposed work scope is described in the accompanying contract documents and includes but is not limited to major civil works pursuant to authority requirements to close the former landfill site, with extensive earthworks, winning of suitable material onsite and importing materials to form capping layers, drainage, access track, revegetation and stabilisation works, environmental protection works, materials management protocols, and other tasks all within detailed and comprehensive environmental, WHS and quality management requirements, with extensive reporting, monitoring and other obligations, culminating in the req...
