Queensland Government Procurement, General Goods and Services, within the Department of Energy and Climate, is issuing this Invitation to Offer (ITO) No GGS0108-24 for the provision of QTravel Program – Corporate Travel Services Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for Queensland Government departments, agencies, and other eligible entities.The purpose of this ITO is to seek offers from Suppliers who possess the capabilities, capacity, and experience to provide high volume, sometimes complex, corporate travel services to the Queensland Government. The objectives of the SOA are to deliver responsive and innovative corporate travel services to a diverse customer base, while being flexible enough to meet the needs of differing organisational travel policies. The SOA must provide value for money travel options whilst aligning to the Queensland Government’s goal of reducing carbon emissions and generating opportunities in the supply chain. Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for one or more of the following in-scope services, which include:Travel Management Services• Account management• Strategy advice and development• Reporting• Facilitation of offline travel bookings• Frontline support to Eligible Customers and their TravellersOnline Booking Tool Services• Provision of a responsive online Customer Portal• The inclusion of information which allows informed choices for Eligible Customers• Alignment of booking options to individual Eligible Customer Travel Policies• Reporting• Ongoing OBT maintenance and improvement through innovationAccommodation Brokerage Services• Inventory management and negotiation• Development of capability of non-mainstream Accommodation Providers• Reporting.Where relevant, Suppliers must include details of their proposed subcontractors or consortium partners, noting that where one or more suppliers are appointed, all Suppliers must agree to work together to deliver the Corporate Travel Services under the SOA.Please download the ITO documentation for further details, including details of the virtual briefing session, evaluation criteria and instructions to submit an Offer via the 360 Providers’ Portal.If a Supplier wishes to submit a response to this Invitation Process, there are resources available on the Queensland Government’s Business Queensland website (https://www.business.qld.gov.au/) to assist with the preparation of an offer, including information about:• Supplying to the Queensland Government (https://www.business.qld.gov.au/running-business/marketing-sales/tendering/supply-queensland-government)• Improving your tender approach (https://www.business.qld.gov.au/running-business/marketing-sales/tendering/improve-approach)• Tendering tips (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwtb3q6ufTqsOOIymjCzPsawLFkZ_spT7).
