Description THIS TENDER HAS ALREADY BEEN RELEASED Provide comprehensive lift maintenance and service from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2028, with potential extensions. Maintenance should follow the intervals in Form 6: Frequency of Service, focusing on preventative measures. Non-compliance may result in contract termination, with payment only for completed work. Breakdown Service Provide a 24/7 breakdown service with trained mechanics. Attend breakdowns within the prescribed time frames in TABLE ‘A’ - Reported Breakdown Response Times. Ensure at least two servicepersons for tasks requiring two-person maintenance.
