Greenheart is a new 257.5 hectare destination parkland on the Gold Coast. The development of Greenheart is the largest open space and recreation development undertaken by the City. Construction of the parkland will be a multi-staged endeavour. Stage 1, situated in the suburb of Robina, commenced construction in May 2023 and is expected to be completed in early 2025.
