Description
The National Anti-Corruption Commission is seeking the services of Security Guarding Services for 5 locations across Australia.
Conditions For Participation
The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:
Security Industry Act 1997 (NSW);
Private Security Act 2004 (VIC);
Security Industry Act 2003 (ACT);
Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 (WA);
Security Providers Act 1993 (QLD); and
any other Law relevant to the Contractor’s provision of security services,
and includes, to the extent applicable, the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) Professional Code of Conduct.
