Tender Details : The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers to undertake building condition audit services for the QPAC Asset Assessment/Validation and AQ Carpark.
Arts Queensland intends to appoint a consultant who will be responsible in providing Engineering Services to undertake a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) to evaluate the actual physical condition of Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Carpark and its various service elements.
