Tender Details : Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the reconstruction of Partingtons Flat Soccer Pitch. The works will include all associated services generally incorporated in the approved drawings, plans and specification. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project.
The works include, but not limited to the following:
• Demolition and removal of existing oval infrastructure;
• Earthworks;
• Drainage works;
• Irrigation works;
• Root zone mix installation;
• Turfgrass establishment and maintenance
• Fencing; and
• New sport field lighting.
In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions. This is strongly recommended to understand the constraints with large machinery crossing the creek to enter the site. No variations will be approved for site...
